Stacy specializes in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, burnout, and first-responder mental health. Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic interventions, cognitive behavioral strategies, and attachment-informed care. She is particularly passionate about helping firefighters, EMS professionals, and military personnel build resilience while addressing cumulative stress exposure.
Having worked in operational settings for most of her career, Stacy understands the need for treatment to be efficient, impactful, and focused. Her approach is results-oriented and structured, ensuring that symptoms and concerns are addressed in a timely and practical way — so people can return to their work and lives feeling steadier and more equipped.
Originally from Portland, Maine, Stacy brings a grounded and authentic presence to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, puzzles, and trying new foods. She shares her home with her husband and four pets who keep life busy — and wonderfully messy.
